    1. You’re right in the centre. Is it noisy at night or on weekends?

    We’re situated right on Kalamata’s central square, which means you’re steps from the city’s best cafes and shops. Many guests worry that being so central might be noisy, but our apartments feature exceptional soundproofing, so you can enjoy the lively atmosphere of the city centre during the day and still get a wonderfully quiet night’s sleep. In fact, many of our past guests have specifically praised how peaceful it is, despite the downtown location.

    2. I’m arriving by car. Where can I park?

    This is a tricky one for us, as we’re in a very central location. Unfortunately, we don’t have a dedicated car park on-site. However, it’s usually possible to find on-street parking in the surrounding streets – especially if you’re not arriving on a very busy market day. Our staff will always give you the best local tips on where to look when you arrive.

    3. Can I bring my dog or cat with me?

    Yes, absolutely! We’re a pet-friendly property and we love welcoming your furry family members. Pets are allowed with no extra charge. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure everything is ready. Service animals are of course always welcome.

    4. Does every apartment have a kitchen? What’s included?

    Yes, every apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll find a stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, and all the necessary kitchenware to prepare your own meals. It’s perfect for a quick coffee in the morning or cooking a full dinner with fresh ingredients from the central market. We want you to have all the comforts of home.

    5. Is it quiet inside? I need a good night’s sleep.

    We completely understand. Every apartment at Green Land is soundproofed and features hypoallergenic materials, so even though we’re right in the centre of the action, you won’t hear the city noise once you close your door. Guests often tell us how surprised they are at how quiet and restful their stay is.

    6. What’s the breakfast like? Is it included?

    Breakfast is not automatically included in all rates, but it is available. We offer a delicious à la carte or continental breakfast with warm dishes, local specialities, and fresh pastries. You can add it to your stay upon request. Many guests love starting their day with our local flavours before heading out to explore.

    7. How many apartments are there? Will it feel crowded?

    We have only three thoughtfully designed apartments on the property. This means our atmosphere is always calm, intimate, and welcoming. You won't have to share the building with a large crowd, and our staff can offer more personal attention. It's like having your own private sanctuary in the middle of the city.

    8. I read that you have Netflix. Is that free to use?

    Yes! We know that after a long day of sightseeing, sometimes you just want to relax with a good movie or show. That’s why all our apartments come with a flat-screen TV that includes free access to Netflix. Just log into your own account and enjoy your favourite programmes.

    9. I’m travelling for work. Can I work from the apartment?

    Absolutely. Every apartment has a dedicated desk area with a socket nearby, making it easy to get some work done. The free, high-speed WiFi is reliable throughout the property, so you can take video calls or finish up those emails without any trouble.

    10. Is there a lift? I have heavy luggage.

    Yes, the upper floors are accessible by elevator, so you don’t have to carry your bags up the stairs. We know how important that small convenience can be, especially after a long journey.

    11. Do you offer airport or port transfers?

    Yes, we can arrange airport or port transfer services upon request. Kalamata International Airport is about 8 km away, which is a short drive. Just let us know your arrival details in advance, and we’ll make sure a comfortable ride is waiting for you.

    12. Are children welcome? What about extra beds?

    Children of any age are very welcome at Green Land Apartments. For our youngest guests (ages 0‑3), we can provide a cot free of charge, subject to availability. Please note that we don’t have extra beds available, but our sofas or sofa beds are great for older children or a third adult.
